Just a few car minutes from the beach, near bustling Moraira / Calpe /Benissa and the beautiful Spanish hinterland. One hour by car from both Valencia and Alicante. Truly a prime location!

The villa is bright, open and very spacious with a great open veranda of over 100m2. Built in original Spanish style and decorated with great taste, both inside and outside. Suitable for the elderly as the main floor has only a few steps.
The villa is set in a large garden of 1500 m2. Part rock garden, part lawn, palms, citrus trees, beautiful bougainvillea and oleanders. Adjacent to the house a beautiful terrace with large -and deep- swimming pool with lighting, luxury lounge set and loungers and an outdoor shower. The views are magnificent, the daily sunset, truly spectacular. The second, partly covered terrace also has a lounge set, a dining set and a fanatic outdoor kitchen with a.o. grill. This terrace provides cooling and fun until the wee hours of the morning.

The villa has a lower, separate guest house accessible via stairs. The guest house is spacious and has its own bedrooms and bathrooms and a sitting area. The villa also has a separate laundry room with washing machine, dryer and ironing facilities.

Villa Gloria has a beautiful sister villa called Casa Mil Flores. This villa is located on an adjacent plot and can be reached via a few steps. Depending on availability, both villas can be rented at the same time so that, for example, families ( friends ) can spend their holidays together without compromising privacy.

Outside

Attached to the house is a lovely covered terrace/porch where you can enjoy a rest or a drink in the lounge set. There is also a large table where you can have dinner or sit together. Then there is also a bar with stools to really get the holiday feeling.
Besides this pleasant place to hang out, there is also a spacious terrace by the swimming pool with loungers where it is also nice to stay.
Next to the pool there is also a small lawn where you can enjoy the sun or play a game.
