This beautifully renovated and attractively furnished villa with private pool and phenomenal sea views offers you an oasis of calm and is equipped with everything you need to enjoy a well-deserved holiday. The property is fully fenced and equipped with a large electric gate providing access to on-site parking for two cars.

Inside

This 4-bedroom villa can sleep 9 people. The master bedroom has a double bed, dressing room and an en suite bathroom with double sink, bathtub, walk-in shower and toilet. The second bedroom has a double bed, fitted wardrobe space and an en suite bathroom with sink and walk-in shower. The third bedroom includes a double bed and wardrobe space. The fourth bedroom includes three single beds and a fitted wardrobe space. These two bedrooms share a bathroom with double sink, walk-in shower and toilet. All bedrooms have shutters and air conditioning to ensure a good night's sleep. In the separate laundry room you can use a washing machine, dryer and ironing board with iron.

The modern kitchen with cooking island features an oven, microwave, dishwasher, large gas hob and an American fridge/freezer with ice maker. Both the kitchen and the living room have air conditioning. During the cooler periods, you can enjoy a meal at the table in the kitchen with beautiful views of the sea and the fishing village of Moraira through the large windows. In the living room, you can cosy up by the fireplace.

Outside

Outside is a spacious private pool with mood lighting for a lovely swim. You can dream away on one of the cosy loungers. In the sun or rather in the shade? Something for everyone... At the front of the terrace is a breakfast table where you can enjoy the first rays of the sun in the morning overlooking the sea. Next to the pool, you can take a seat in the cosy seating area or sit down together for a tasty BBQ at the large dining table. On one of the other terraces around the house you can isolate yourself or enjoy a snack and a tap with your company. Casa Beniluz is more than just holidays. Enjoyment is the message!
